i've come full circle
This year and last has just been about work and study.. I needed to take up 18 units of Education so that I would be able to take the LET exams last August. Since I started in June 05 and studied all throughout the summer, the certification course actually took me a year and a half. Refused to take review classes and just took the board with a clear head, self-confidence, and prayers in both hands. Thank God.. I've come full circle.
SOBRANG SAYA!!!! Do you know the feeling of working so hard for something and actually having succeeded? Of all the things I've done wrong, I must have done something right. The best surprises are definitely the ones that you are sure you won't get. But thank you God. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I know one can't have everything, and no matter how much I work for it, I know I never will. But at least for one instant, one moment of intense euphoria, I felt I did. God has been so good. Even if I haven't.
Cheers to Cria, Liza, Claire D., and Ate Kaye from ISM who made it! And to my lovely classmates in TCP whose names were on the list as well. Guys, we did it! Galing natin!
We were just too excited about this triumph that we decided to let loose on a weeknight, even if we all had work the next day. At bed space in Greenbelt on a Wednesday.

congrats, spesh! if there's anyone who truly deserves to reach their goals, it's you! you're such a hard worker... i never had any doubts that you could make it...even when you'd tell me how scared and stressed you were... (hindi ka nga nakapag-aral masyado diba dahil nandito mga cuzzos mo from the states!) i can picture it so vividly...you were sitting in front of your closet thinking of what to wear, and i was lying on your bed when you told me about your fears of the test. but i'm so proud of you for making it!!!! stepping stone to greater dreams! :) see you on thursday!! :)
